you have activated "Choose AOL as preferred Internet Provider" in the task bar (AOL Version 5 necessary).
...Your Web Browser is installed correctly.
MS Internet Explorer is running perfect.
Netscape Navigator 4.5 or 4.7 are working as well.
When using an updated version of Netscape Navigator (available on CD-Rom) the Software should be installed in the default folder of the installation. Renaming of folders can cause problems.
...You keep your PIN-Code (Personal Identification Code) in a safe place.
If you have not changed it during registration, it will be the last 4 digits of your identification number (See Welcome Window of net.invader or the back of your Swatch).

Additionally, any metal objects near the net.invader mouse pad may cause a negative influence on its function.
